Territory Manager - DACH region

On behalf of Secomea Career | a JKS Company is looking for a sales responsible for the DACH and EE region.

Secomea is accelerating its expansion across EMEA as manufacturers intensify their focus on secure remote access and OT cybersecurity. As industrial digitalization advances, the need for secure, reliable connectivity has never been greater.

We are looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to take full ownership of a high-potential region (DACH + Eastern Europe) and drive growth through Secomea partners, key accounts, and industrial customers.

Your mission
You will develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for your territory, expand market presence, and position Secomea as the trusted Secure Remote Access partner in manufacturing.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You own your territory, your pipeline, and your results — while collaborating closely with presales, marketing, and customer success to deliver real customer value.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and executing a strong territory growth plan

  • Developing long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators

  • Driving new business while expanding existing accounts

  • Managing pipeline, forecasting accurately, and delivering on targets

  • Translating OT cybersecurity trends into actionable commercial opportunities

Travel within the region is expected.

What you bring
You are a structured, performance-driven sales professional with experience selling complex technical or cybersecurity solutions within OT or IT.

You likely have:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (industrial automation, software, or cybersecurity preferred)

  • A consultative sales approach and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies

  • The confidence to engage both IT and OT stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation skills and a resilient, results-oriented mindset

  • You have full proficiency in oral and written German and English language
