On behalf of Sunset Boulevard, Career | a JKS company is seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Restaurant Manager for one of their brand-new locations in Germany.

Your Mission
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing the daily operations of the restaurant. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that both guests and staff enjoy a top-class experience – every day. Your tasks will include:

• Leading and motivating your team – including both supervisors and employees
• Ensuring profitable operations with focus on revenue, wage control, and minimizing waste
• Compliance with all applicable standards, food safety regulations, and operational manuals
• Implementation of new concepts and strategies
• Planning and managing staff schedules – including handling sickness coverage
• Collaborating closely with Assistant Managers, Area Managers, and other internal functions

You are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is always inspection-ready and meets Sunset Boulevard’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

What We Expect from You
We are looking for someone who naturally takes the lead and isn’t afraid of responsibility – even during busy periods. You have solid leadership experience, ideally from the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry (though this is not a requirement). Additionally, you take a structured approach to both operations and financial management.

You’re passionate about recruiting, training, and developing your team, and you know how to motivate people and build team spirit. You speak Danish and/or English – and if you also speak German, that’s a big plus.

You have strong business acumen and are used to working with performance targets and KPIs. Most importantly, you’re the kind of person who steps up and takes charge when it counts.

Working Hours and Schedule
We know that good leadership requires both presence and flexibility. That’s why you’ll be part of a fixed shift rotation with your Assistant Managers, including every other weekend, and your presence is expected during key operating hours.

Together with the rest of the management team, you’ll cover key periods:

Monday–Thursday between 8 AM–7 PM and Friday from 12 PM–8 PM.
